Junmai Aizu Nakasyo. At room temperature. The sake has a slight alcohol taste, then fruity rice flavor, light sweetness, and a clean aftertaste. It is a sake from Fukushima, but it is like adding a bit of fruity taste to Niigata sake.
I was getting a little tired of new and unpasteurized sake, so I found it very tasty.
However, when chilled, it lost its sweetness and became pale. Room temperature is recommended!
