つよぽん
I bought it at a souvenir shop with a sake shop where I could sample sake right after exiting the Shiozawa-Ishiuchi Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway.
I had already had sake from the same brewery, so I bought another brand.
It was one of the best tasting sake I tasted.
Junmai Daiginjo" alone sounds delicious, but...
The aroma is subdued, but the sweetness that reminds me of pears and the slight acidity, as well as the subtle gassiness that you feel on your tongue the moment you put it in your mouth, is unbearable.
It is a little cloudy, so it is better to shake it well before drinking.
At home.
