I picked this up at the end of the year at the draft sake corner of an Aeon store, but it was just...well, it was pretty good! LOL!
It has a slight yellowish color on the outside, and the inside has a sweet and umami flavor derived from koji (malted rice).
The fresh and fruity aroma and full-bodied flavor that is typical of nama-zake are rather to my liking 😊.
