さなD
The rice used is Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture.
Strictly speaking, it seems to be classified as a liqueur.
I was going to buy it and go home, but I was told, "I think it's okay because it's calm now, but there's a possibility that it will blow up!" Considering that I was about to board an airplane, I decided to drink it at the bar next door.
The alcohol content is also 7%, so this is a juice. It is a lactobacillus drink ❗️.
The sweetness is suppressed, but there is hardly any bitterness or anything.
If you're not aiming for a sake like taste, this is it.
It's good to sip it while enjoying the crispy sourness.
It's expensive at about 1300 yen for 300ml, but it's a good Tokyo souvenir... I'm ready to be blown away.
