Chokki
TANI SAKURAI Noda Kai Honjozo
65% 15~16% 720ml 1333yen
I don't mind such a naming sense. The taste is predictable, but I decided to buy this as a souvenir of golf in Kofu because it is active and lightly cloudy.
I brought it back to Tokyo and opened a bottle.
It has a nice sound. The label says "Don't lay it down". When I poured it into the glass, it was sizzling. It looks good from the outside, though.
The first sip.
Oh, it's refreshing. A fine sense of gas. The taste is sweet rather than umami. The taste immediately changes to dry.
Needless to say, the freshness is good and refreshing.
The day after the gas is removed. I've seen a lot of sake that is not good when the make-up comes off, but is it really?
I can see the goodness of the lactic acid after the gas is released. The texture of the ori and the fruity taste that comes later are good. However, it still has a miscellaneous taste that is not first-class sake.
I gave it to the boss of the Shinagawa Nakanobu Drinking Contest, also known as the "Kinmatsu-kai", to try blind.
As expected of the boss. "Is this Kaze no Mori? He didn't say, "Is this Kaze no Mori?" He pointed out the negative side of it accurately.
However, considering the name, label, and price, it wasn't a bad sake, was it?
