It is one of the most famous wines in Nagano, Japan.
The aroma is fruity. When you drink it, you will find that it is dry, but has a good balance of umami.
It is delicious on its own, but does not interfere too much with food, so it can be paired with anything.
It is a very high quality sake, and I would like to try other types of Daishinshu.
