It is a tasake made from Kojo-nishiki, a sake rice whose name I had never heard before.
The color is yellow. The aroma is sweet and fresh with a fairly high ginjo aroma✨.
The taste was also sweet and fruity like grapes without any cloying taste, very delicious sake that I like ✨.
Tasake is hard to find, but I would love to drink different kinds again 😊.
