When I came home from work, there were abura-age (deep-fried tofu) from Tochio on the table.
This makes me happy😊.
Speaking of Tochio, sake is either "Koshinoketora" or "Koshinotsuru"👍.
The other day, I got this Honjozo Unfiltered Nama Sake from "Koshinotsuru" on my way back to Niigata Prefecture.
I am sure there are many ways to taste Tochio's abura-age, but my basic way is to grill it and simply serve it with ginger and soy sauce.
My family uses "Koshinomurasaki" soy sauce from Setadaya in Nagaoka City.
I like to drink Tochio's deep-fried tofu with a sake cup like a teacup or a teacup without any pretense 😌.
