Before the rainy season started, we caught the rainbow-colored 🌈 Kabutomushi😏 again this year...
It's that time of the year again... and I'm going to report how it has changed ❓ with the Edo return that Senkou set up last year, comparing the taste of last year's Kabutomushi (it's mostly a gut feeling from memory 💦).

Once you open the bottle, this is it... this is the aroma😍.
The sourness is unique to Senkyoku 🍋😏.
I don't feel much difference between the two... but from the first sip, I feel the strong acidity and the heaviness is much stronger than last year's 💪.
I feel like the alcohol taste is a bit stronger because of the richness...so if you liked the previous year's, it might be a bit strong 😅.

We too went to the beetle 🌈 for the 4th year in a row! The acidity is still there â we didn't seem to have al feeling 😆 I knew everyone has their own way of feeling 😋.
