132 kinds of sake are lined up. Last time, I went in a straight line and didn't get lost.
This time, I was lost for about 30 minutes.... I wandered to the right and to the left (sweat).
In the end, for some reason, the "Sake Degree -4.7" was the deciding factor, and this was the one.
The sake rice is Hitanishiki. Of course, this is my first time.
It is very fruity and delicious.
It is very fruity and tasty. It has a good mouthfeel and a sweetness that is not unpleasant.
I would like to try the sake of the "Gokeijo" series.
