I often buy San-do when I see it, but this was the first time I had ever tasted Yamadanishiki Rokunosai.
The aroma is of green apples and lactic acid, with a slight bubbly sensation.
It is my favorite type of sake. It is juicy and full of sweetness, with a hint of acidity afterwards.
It is easy to drink, so be careful not to drink too much!
In terms of taste, it was similar to the Impression H sake!
Unfortunately, my inexperienced taste buds could not detect much difference between this and the Ninonozo, and I guess the difference in price is due to the amount of time and effort required, but I had higher expectations when the price went up...
I wonder if I could tell the difference if I actually compare the two side by side...
