I have recently had some connection with this place. I wonder how long they have been making Yamahai-zukuri? Probably for the first time: 🙇♂️
The first aroma is citrusy, with strawberry-like flavors.
When you drink it, you can still feel strawberry 🍓 and melon🍈.
There is a pleasant acidity, and it is rather refreshing, but the aftertaste lingers gradually. The second half is quite spicy and bitter 😮.
The spiciness and bitterness receded as the day went on🚶.
Yamahai-ness doesn't really assert itself, but I think it shows in the friendly sweet and sourness, complexity of flavor, etc 🤔.
