I bought this sake brewery when I was on a recent trip.
I didn't expect to see them again. And it's an Autumn Agari.
I will have it at room temperature.
It has a soft, watery texture and a clean mouthfeel.
The taste is like chestnuts, and the rice is smooth and tasty.
The moderate acidity seems to produce a pleasant attenuation.
A gentle and delicious sake.
I want to drink sake from this brewery again.
This sake also goes well with simmered vegetables.
It also goes well with mild sesame paste salad of okra and shellfish strings.
