Since it had been left unopened in a refrigerator dedicated to sake for two years, I took it since I had the chance to have it. I was afraid to drink it to see if it had matured.
Cold sake.
Light, but with a little weight and umami, typical of sake from Hokkaido. The aftertaste is crisp.
The aftertaste is short. Slightly astringent.
