Today I bought a bottle of KID Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate from Kido in Wakayama, which I drank a year ago and enjoyed so much that I bought it again this year: ❗️
The aroma is a subtle scent of ginjo❗️ and when you take a sip, there is a sharp bitterness after a tingling texture on the tongue. Then a fruity sweet aroma passes through the nose❗️❗️I still think this sake is the best of all Kido's sake❗️ I'll buy some more this year❤️
