I went to Shimane, a tour of the sacred places of Hagedan. I went to the live house Aztec Canova along Lake Shinji to check out some of Hagedan's faces, and had a dry curry at Sanpo, a chicken restaurant in Yonago. We went to Food Studio Kakuban in the Takashimaya annex near Sanpo, as it is one of the few places in Shimane where you can get Oroku, a sake that I like to drink. This place also has a wide variety of locally brewed sake, which I enjoyed. There was a freshly squeezed sake, so I bought it immediately! I would like to have more, but it is difficult to manage while traveling...so I gave up! Aroma: Fruity banana, Fresh and tangy gasiness, The crisp acidity and refreshing bitterness like rummy, The taste of rice and its sharpness, It has a sense of alcohol, It is unfiltered but light in mouthfeel, It is delicious! === It's delicious! Ingredients: rice (domestic), rice malt (domestic), brewers alcohol Rice polishing ratio: 60 Alcohol content: 18.5 715 yen for 300ml === The company's website is ★★★★☆
