かうぽん
Mr. Yamada, a sake dealer at Ikebukuro Seibu
Purchased under the pressure of limited supply and only a few left.
Faint banana aroma. Sweet and sticky.
Well-balanced sweetness and bitterness with a soft aftertaste. The sweetness is the main point.
Easy to drink, but a little alcoholic.
The bitterness and alcohol soften the heaviness.
We enjoyed it with a salad of tomato and onion slices, and steamed pork with lettuce and bean sprouts.
I thought Ryu-ryoku was for warming sake with its rich umami.
But it is also delicious as a cold fruity sake.
