Sake brewery aged sake the right way
(just after opening the bottle)
Strong ginjo aroma with fruity notes.
Sake has a robust flavor on the palate.
The fruity flavor comes later, but the taste quickly quiets down.
When warmed to lukewarm, it has a stronger aroma and full-bodied flavor than regular Kuroryu.
It is also delicious as a heated sake.
When compared to sake that has been aged for a year at home, it is clear that the sake brewery has the skill and experience to age their sake well.
