I've wanted to try Doburokku for a long time!

I went to a liquor store I've been to once and they were posting their stock on instagram so I hurried 💨
Milky and slightly apple-like aroma
Strong carbonation
Slightly dry but rather mellow
Very refreshing when you open the cork!
It is truly a sake that can be enjoyed on the rocks.
The mellowness may increase if you let it sit for a while before drinking.
Personally, I think it goes better with sweet and spicy soy sauce or miso dishes such as yakiniku (grilled meat) than curry.
