I was expecting a wild taste, but I was surprised at how well it came together!
I was expecting it to taste wild, and I was a bit apprehensive when I tried it, but it came together better than I expected.
It was mild, but as expected of a 91% rice, it was full of rice flavor, but I didn't detect any cloying or wild flavors, which was a bit disappointing.
Since it is 91%, I would like to see it have a little more character, but this is a very tasty sake.
