I bought them on Saturday and Sunday ^^.
I started with Tasake's Kijoshu.
The aroma is faintly pear-like.
The sweetness of the sake is explosive in the mouth 💣️, but the sourness gives it a refreshing taste, and it has the umami and bitterness typical of Japanese sake.
It was matched with the taste of yakitori sauce.
