This sake was introduced in last year's dancyu.
I bought it when I found out there was a special distributor in Nagasaki 😁.
I heard that Daichi Sake Brewery is written "Daichi" and reads "Oochi".
I always thought it was "Daichi", sorry 🙇.
Opened the bottle immediately.
The aroma is mild.
When you put it in your mouth, it is surprisingly light.
The beautiful acidity spreads and it is surprisingly dry.
After that, the umami and sweetness of the rice gradually come through.
The final taste is refreshing while leaving a lingering aftertaste.
I see...it's delicious.
Regret that I should have used a #4 bottle instead of 300ml 😂.
I'd love to try the other specs!
