The top aroma is sweet pear, with a hint of muddy rice-horse aroma.
In the mouth, it has a rich sweetness and juicy peariness. After that, there is a rich umami taste of rice derived from nigori-age. It is clear without the bitterness and alcoholiness characteristic of nigorizumi.
It's a real treat. Overall, it is an ideal muddy sparkling wine with a juice type taste.
It is just like the sweetness of the previous Hiran Kijoshu.
