It's a new year and the cherry blossoms have started to bloom, so we opened a bottle of Haru-ura.
Although it is more of a mellow sweet sake in terms of specifications, it has a pleasant, refreshing sweetness.
Well, I'm going on a trip to Shinshu for two nights and three days starting tomorrow. The cherry blossoms have started to bloom, so I'm looking forward to it 😌.
