Daishinshu Junmai Daiginjo Unfiltered Nama-shu Shinshu brewing heat tank.
We enjoyed this sake so much in September that we had to have another one!
It has a fresh, apple-like heady aroma, and the gasiness is a bit subdued, but still refreshingly stimulating to the throat.
Smooth and silky to the touch, with rich sweetness and umami spreading across the palate, it finishes crisp and clean with sweet and sour acidity. It is still delicious!
