Collage Junmai-Ginjo (Junmai-Ginjo)
The first sip right after opening the bottle from the kinkiness cold was unexpectedly sour. A fruity sourness with a bit of sourness, like white grapes with a hint of sweetness.
From there, the flavor changed quite a bit as it was exposed to the air. The overall aroma is gorgeous and softly sweet with a moderately refreshing sourness, but there are times when the sourness is stronger and there are times when the sweetness and flavor is zinging.
The quality of flavor changes from the moment you start drinking it, but it's always delicious and you'll always feel happy.
