This morning, I woke up to the black cat's intercom to pick up my package and two Senkou snowman glasses I was able to order arrived!
The Sentori Snowman and UA Snowman, which we had stocked up on for this occasion, were opened!
The first one is a normal snowman.
While the normal Snowman is 100% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki, the UA Snowman, a UNITED ARROWS collaboration sake, is an assemblage of 75% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki and 25% Domaine Sakura Kame no O!
We opened both bottles and compared them!
When we compared only the supernatant, we got the impression that the UA had the same fresh aroma and flavor, but the UA had a more extended flavor after drinking.
When mixed with Origami, both wines had a milky sweetness and umami that added to the drinking experience, but the Yamadanishiki had an impressive extension of acidity.
Either way, delicious! That is my conclusion.
Polishing ratio: 50% Koji rice (100% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki)
Kake rice 60% (100% Domaine Sakura Yamadanishiki)
