I had not felt melon in the melon I drank before and stayed away from it for a while, but the manager recommended it to me ✨.
It may have been a while since the bottle was opened, so the second fermentation in the bottle was not so intense, but it was juicy and had a sourness that is typical of sake brewing.
It went well with Gundori Tsuke Soba.
