新舘幸樹
This is my second bottle of W this year. Aizan, my favorite of this series, has been open for a few days.
How about this year?
As usual, it is sweet and rich. But I really like the fact that this sake does not feel sticky after drinking.
This year, there is a strong sweetness, but bitterness in the middle part. And the spiciness asserts itself in the latter half.
I have this image of this year's new sake in general, but I am not sure if it is the quality of the rice or the current trend.
It is a sake that goes well with guts, but it also goes well with sweet and spicy simmered dishes and salty pickles. It is best paired with local products.
