Honshu Ichi, which I had never had and wanted to drink.
Honshu Ichi Shiboritate Junmai Ginjo Tankoba Kumi
The rice used was Senbon-Nishiki, and the sake was directly drawn from the tank, so I was expecting a deep sweetness.
I guess the label in the photo is from a sample at a liquor store. I also took a picture of the real label.
When I told him I was drinking Honshu Ichi and went to buy Kaiju Ichi, which has a similar name, he didn't expect to hear the shocking rumor💦.
