寿梨庵
I bought this sake when I visited the brewery, thinking of Asahikawa...
Special Junmai, Nama-zume hiyaoroshi. There is no description on the label, but it seems to be a sake made from the same yeast as the original.
Refreshing, cool, with beautiful acidity. Banana-like fruitiness. There is not much sense of maturity and it is refreshing. After a pleasant spiciness, there is also a strong rice flavor. Very modern impression 😎.
I was surprised because it was not very hiyaoroshi-like, but without preconceived notions, I thought it was a very attractive sake ✨.
I've had several bottles of Otokoyama in a row since this summer, and my old and vague memories of it have been overturned.
I had an image of it as a somewhat rugged Otokoyama sake, but it was very modern and stylish 🤭.
The museum in Asahikawa was just as it was in the old days 😅.
