The last sake of 2025 is from my hometown, Kanagawa!
I bought this sake at a liquor store (Miyagawa Sake Shop) on my way home from grocery shopping!
Not much aroma.
Umami sweetness, moderate acidity, almost no bitterness.
Refreshing aftertaste, probably due to a little alcohol.
It is so beautiful that it is hard to believe that the rice polishing ratio is 90%!
Delicious!
I'll visit the brewery on my way back from a visit to Daisen next time 😊.
