Longed for Tobiroki Black Label
One of the reasons I wanted to start sake was because I wanted to get a bottle of Tobiroki in Fukushima.
The taste is very strange.
Every time I drink it, I have a slightly different impression of it.
First of all, it goes well with food.
The combination with bonito tataki (grilled bonito) was amazing!
When drunk on its own, the mellow and crisp taste of the rice is very satisfying.
Very tasty!
Not my most favorite flavor.
