A small brewery in Nakatsugawa City, Gifu Prefecture. It is a raw sake, so the alcohol level is high at 18 degrees, but it has a strong acidity and a fruity feeling, so you won't mind when you are drinking it. It has a good mouthfeel, so you probably shouldn't get carried away.
