As a challenge to Aomori terroir sake, we used rice and brewing water from the Shirakami Mountains, as well as Shirakami Yeast No. 9 strain and lactic acid bacteria,
Shirakami yeast No. 9 strain" and "lactic acid bacteria" from the Shirakami Mountains are used.
Even the lactic acid bacteria are made in Aomori Prefecture.
The cute label 🐰 features a motif of a wild rabbit that lives in the mountain where the brewery is located.
