I often go to Ninohe, I often go to Ninohe, but I couldn't get into the Nanbu Bijin brewery in Corona, Last month, for the first time, it was open, so I bought a bottle. I heard that it is a limited edition of the brewery. It has a soft, dry, elegant sweetness that disappears like sugar melting on your tongue or snow melting, leaving a slightly lingering acidity in the aftertaste. This is a sake to drink on a winter night in an empty room while feeling the sound of falling snow.
