My father (NG alcohol) bought this for me as a New Year's Eve drink. He didn't seem to be aware of it, but it was the same brand as last year's New Year's Eve. It's not bad, but it's not fun to drink the same thing, so I should have requested it from him.
It is smooth on the palate, but you can feel the alcohol and umami right away. It has the sweetness of rice, but it is dry.
