The color is pale yellow 🟡.
The aroma is a bit of a pungent smell that hits the nose.
On the palate, it has a walnut-like sweetness and a slightly crisp flavor. ☺️
The aftertaste is bitter and slightly sour, leaving a slight bitter lemon taste in the mouth 🍋.
You can tell they are trying to make a good classic type of sake 😌.
I'm going to try a heated sake as well to rehabilitate Nonbei Yokocho: ♨️
The pungent smell is gone and the sweetness has increased to a honwari sweetness 😚.
The bitter aftertaste remains, but you can still enjoy the lingering taste: ☺️
Enjoyable at a wide range of temperatures, that's what sake is all about 🏆.
