A bowl of sake from Shin-Totsukawa given by an acquaintance in Hokkaido. This is the sake of the town where people who left Totsukawa village in Yoshino-gun, Nara Prefecture, which suffered a great flood in the Meiji era, settled in the northern land. It is made with rice from Shin Totsukawa and Totsukawa Village, and has a dry but refreshing taste that is delicious served cold.
