There is almost no top notes. The wine is dry on the palate, but the smooth, soft texture gives the impression of a mildly dry wine. It has a slightly alky taste. There is not much of a hint of incense. Light and refreshing. Better with food than on its own. The label on the back said to serve it cold or lukewarm, so I used a Twinbird sake warmer to warm it up to lukewarm and it really came into its own. The aroma is mild, but the mouthfeel is soft and easy to drink. It is smooth and refreshing, but soft and smooth at the same time. It has an image of purity. It is easier to drink lukewarm. Good with food. Good sharpness. Goes well with shaomai and shrimp anchovies. Delicious lukewarm.
