ねむち
Minamiuonuma City, Niigata Prefecture. Shirotaki Sake Brewery Co.
Kozen Nyosui Junmai Ginjo
We received a set of 7 single-bottle bottles, so we will drink them.
The second bottle is here.
I will drink it cold.
The color is clear and almost colorless.
The top aroma is mild, with a hint of alkaloa in the back.
The mouthfeel is exactly as the brand name suggests, sloshing and light like water.
In the mouth, the modest sweet overtone is accompanied by a hint of richness from the sticky umami flavor.
After swallowing, the light sweetness quickly fades away, leaving a crisp aftertaste.
Overall, it has no peculiarities and a clean aftertaste, yet it is clearly recognizable as sake.
