Junmai Ginjo has been a long time coming.
Lately, it seems like all I've had is sake that hasn't been shaved...
I was attracted by the description "Brut" (dry sparling wine?). I was attracted by the description "Brut (dry sparling wine?)".
I was caught off guard by the description "neat"...

It tastes good!

That's exactly what it tastes like!
Spicy and refreshing may be "alcoholic", but with a meal, it's just as good!
