I was quite interested in Alps Masamune from its name.
I visited the restaurant for the second time, first by myself, and then joined bouken-san.
Alps Masamune
Junmai Harazake Yamae-Nishiki.
Fire-brewed. It is sweet and delicious.
Junmai Ginjo Miyamanishiki
It has a sweet to slightly bitter taste and is crisp and clean.
Junmai Ginjyo Nama-Underground Sake Miyamanishiki
A little bit of spiciness after a hint of sweetness. The alcohol content is 17%.
Junmai Namae Nishiki
Fruity, sweet and sour, sweet and delicious. I asked Mr. Bouken if he thought this was the one... and he said yes. I asked bouken if he liked this one, and he said yes.
Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
I thought Yamae-Nishiki was good, so I tasted this one as well. 50% polished and too clean.
Junmai Ginjo Yamae Nishiki
Aged for 6 months in a large dry cellar, it is stored at the time of first heating, then watered down to 15% around November and shipped. It is delicious.

Fruity, beautiful sweetness and bitterness. It is so good that it is inexpensive at 3,850 yen. Ideal for New Year's Day.
