You can taste the tangy, gassy, fresh, juicy flavor, followed by a good amount of acidity. The pineapple aroma is also really delicious.
Once again, I was able to feel that sake that can be made with only rice, koji, and water is a wonder. I think it is best to drink it well chilled.
I enjoyed it even after the second day.
