The bottle is opened and the first thing you will notice is the clear color with a beautifully clear top clearness. The aroma has a tropical fruitiness of muscat, melon, and lychee 👍 The fruity sweetness and acidity on the palate, the deep umami flavor, and the dry sharpness and bitterness on the back palate delight all of our senses of smell and taste, and our faces naturally smile when we drink it 😁. It's so good, you can't stop drinking 😋😋😋😋😋.
If you mix the lees and make it light nigori, there is no big change, but the astringent bitterness in the aftertaste is added to the spicy bitterness, making it even more profound and making it even more to my liking 💮.
It's almost time for the new unfiltered or orikarami sake to come out, so I'm really looking forward to it 😊.
