Hanaizumi純米無濾過生原酒 上げ桶直詰
HIIROThankfully, there are many sake that have a wonderful harmony of sweetness and umami, but this Hanaizumi is really interesting to drink because of the way the sweetness and umami spread out at the same time. The sweetness is light on the tongue, and at the same time, the umami spreads from the throat to the entire mouth at a very fast pace. This sweetness and umami are neither light nor cloying, but just right. I don't think you can find this sake very often outside of Fukushima Prefecture, and this acquisition was quite a coincidence, but I think it is a sake that should be sold more often.
