Tsuchidaシンツチダ 活性にごり生
Takashi
The only raw sake (sort of) at Tsuchida Sake Brewery.
When you think of Tsuchida, do you think of a sake that has not been polished or mixed with anything? Image of drinking it as it is at room temperature? 😆 😆
It's not so much polished as it is thick! Rather than that, it's more like a thicker, mellow? Like tasting a strong sweetness and acidity?
What is that Tsuchida's fresh sake like? No way it's fresh! And 🤔I bought it out of curiosity😅
I was wondering about the hops one, but decided to go with this one to taste the "fresh" taste!
Opened the bottle! I was caught off guard 😣! I was caught off guard 😣.
I spilled a lot 💦.
Later, I looked on the internet and saw that the cap had no holes in it this year, instead of the perforated cap of last year, so I could feel the gas 😱 I'm screwed!
When I drank it, it wasn't the Tsuchida I'm familiar with 🤔.
This is nigori sake! And it's a dark type!
Fresh and sour taste on the nose.
It's not too strong, but it's not too strong either.
Somewhat makgeolli-like?
The next day, it's a little calmer, even easier to drink 😋.
But, do you want a little more of that Tsuchida feeling? Maybe 🤣

Good morning, Takashi 😃.
Oh my! You spewed 😅I'd love to try such a vigorous nigori 😅I haven't tried Tsuchida yet ❣️ I'd love to meet a makgeolli-style nigori 🥰.

Good morning, HinaHanaMama 😊.
Most of the time I'm so careful that it's a bit of a letdown, but it was quite the opposite 💦🤣 even my wife was surprised 😳.
I'm just a little bit interested to see if Tsuchida is to your liking ⁉️ 🥳.
