Shugetsu almost exclusively sells directly to the public.
I asked him about it at a local liquor store, and he told me that he had bought it personally. I was allowed to drink some of it.
I imagined it would have a retro taste, but it was clear and clean with no cloying taste. I think it is suitable as a food wine because of its moderate assertiveness.
It was better than I expected, so maybe I should visit the brewery next time. It's relatively close to the nearest station (an unmanned station with only one train every 30 minutes). And it's only a little over an hour from my house.
