I had tried Koshi once before and was under the impression that the quality of the sake was not so great for a much talked-about sake, but this is delicious. If I may be picky, it leaves a bit of a heavy feeling, so it would be nice if it were a bit lighter.
I think it would be great with a low alcohol drink with this flavor ✨.
