Happy New Year!
The first sake of the new year is ZAO, which I obtained on a business trip to Tohoku last year.
I bought it at a specialty store in Sendai station.
It seems to be quite a rare sake even in the local area.
The first taste is banana, followed by pineapple nuance.
Then it has a full-bodied taste with a hint of sweetness.
I like it very much.
